Genzoni Capital Management acts solely as an advisor and supervisor on behalf of its clients, private families. We support the management of their wealth, advise them in their decisions and represent them before banks, notaries and legal counterparts, always on their instructions and with their prior approval.

Genzoni Capital Management does not carry out any discretionary management and holds no power of disposal over its clients' assets. We never make fund transfers ourselves: every decision and every transaction belongs to the client, who retains control and execution.

Genzoni Capital Management (GCM) is an independent Multi Family Office. Beyond asset management, GCM also operates a database and a matchmaking platform that brings together investors and startups. As such, GCM receives, stores and organises the information provided by its members in order to ensure a trusted framework and serious relationships between the parties.

As part of its activity, GCM is authorised to receive, store, review, analyse and organise the content and documents provided by startups and investors, for the purposes of evaluation, monitoring and matchmaking. GCM may open a communication channel between a startup and an investor only after approval, and may moderate, suspend or close these exchanges at any time. Content is shared only between the parties concerned and within the framework approved by GCM.

Access to our platform and its services is completely free. GCM will never ask startups or investors to pay anything to access the platform, to be connected, or to receive a contact, an email or a proposal of any scale. Should such an opportunity arise, you must not pay anything and must contact us immediately by email at [email protected].

The documents that members are not allowed to share include those that GCM has attached in their personal area (the data room of their dashboard). These documents remain the property and responsibility of GCM and may under no circumstances be transmitted, copied, published or made accessible to third parties.

Startups and investors are under no circumstances entitled to share, transmit, resell, publish or grant access to our platform, its content or the information of other members to any third party, without GCM's prior written consent. The access granted is strictly personal and confidential.

In the event of non-compliance with these conditions, the member concerned is immediately banned and GCM reserves the full right to delete their account and all associated access, without notice or compensation.

Any breach of the confidentiality policy may give rise to legal proceedings in Switzerland, in accordance with Swiss law. The competent Swiss courts have sole jurisdiction over any dispute relating to the use of the platform.

To fight cyber-hacking, we strongly recommend that all our users change their password regularly and never share it with third parties.
